Once Again! Zee Welcome Pakistani dramas, including 5 new Web Series! Is it a First Step towards breaking the cold relationship between two rivals?

Pakistani Dramas are known all over the world for their excellent content.The popularity of Pakistani Dramas increased when Pakistani dramas were first aired on Indian channel "Zee Zindagi " in 2014.Of all dramas aired in 2014 , the most popular drama was "Zindagi Gulzar Hai".Due to its excellent story line,cast and excellent acting ,this drama managed to gain popularity.Other dramas that impressed audience a lot were "Aun Zara", "Humsafar","Dolly ki ayegi Baraat","Dur-e-Shahwar","Pyar-e-Afzal ,"Maat"and many more.But in 2017 Due to some political reasons all Pakistani content had been banned in India.

Despite this ban, the popularity of Pakistani dramas did not diminish as Indian fans of Pakistani dramas started watching Pakistani dramas on YouTube.

In 2020, demand for Pakistani dramas increased during the lockdown. Indian fans flocked to the YouTube to watch the current dramas and the popularity of the dramas that have already been aired has been steadily increasing.

Due to Popularity and on huge Public demand,Zee has once again decided to broadcast the Pakistani content in their country. Zee has decided to launch "Zindagi" online. On online platform, 1000 hours Pakistani content will be aired.These include some already aired dramas like "Bin Roye", 

"O-rangreza","Tum kon Piya","Diyar-e-Dil","Baaghi","Shahr-e-Zaat" and many.

New Pakistani Web Series Will on Air For the First Time on Online Platform:

In addition to these Pakistani dramas, Pakistani web series with good story and good direction will be brought to the public for the first time through this online platform.

1- Man Jogi

  "Man Jogi" staring Saba Qamar, Nauman Ijaz, Agha Mustafa Hassan ,Uzma Hassan, Gul e Rana and       Others.It is written by Saji Gul and directed by Kashif Nisar.

    

                                  

2- Dhoop Ki Deewar

    "Dhoop ki Diwar" starring Sajal Aly,Ahad Raza Mir,Manzar Sehbai,Samiya Mumtaz,Alyy                       Khan,Adnan Jafir,Samina Ahmad,Zaib Rahman and others.

     Written by Umera Ahmad and directed by Haseeb Hassan.

3- AbdullahPur Ka Devdas

  "AbdullahPur Ka Devdas"starring Bilal Abbas khan,Sarah Khan,Nauman Ijaz,Savera Nadeem,             Anoushay Abbasi,Raza Talish,Ali Ansari,Shahzad Nawaz and others.It is written by Shahid Dogar         and directed by Anjum Shahzad.

4-Aik Jhooti Love Story

  "Aik Jhooti Love Story"  starring Bilal Abbas Khan, Madiha Imam,Kinzza Razak,Furqan                        Qureshi,Kiran Haq,Beo Zafar,Muhammad Ahmad and others.It is written by Umera Ahmad and             directed by Mehreen Jabbar.

5- Churails

   "Churails" starring Yasra Rizvi,Sarwat Gillani,Nimra Bucha,Mehar Bano and others.It is written and      directed by Asim Abbasi.
